The visualised scheme for Marina 24, prepared before construction: a living room in book-matched marble and walnut, a dressing room, and three children’s rooms in sky blue, pink-and-yellow and lilac.

Every surface in these renders was modelled from the actual products and samples specified for the project, so that the family could approve the rooms as they would be built. The completed photographs of the apartment show how closely the result follows the concept.
The children’s rooms were developed as small worlds: a blue room with an arched niche wall and balloon wallpaper, a twin room in pink and yellow with tree silhouettes, and a lilac room with a scalloped velvet headboard and a blossom mural.
The living room concept combines a marble television wall with walnut inlays, brass-framed armchairs and a stepped ceiling with cove lighting — the calm counterpoint to the colour of the private rooms.
